Guess it doesn’t matter either way. This is hilarious and her shoes are awesome. I’m getting obsessed with the Olsen’s too.

Nothing super exciting has been happening lately and when that happens I post photos of our visit to Ryan’s Sister’s house in Avignon, France (two years ago). I took over 2,000 of my most favorite photos ever.
So, I’m getting my hair trimmed tomorrow (oOooOo). I hate going to the salon and not coming out with a completely different look – seems like a waste of money. I’m just holding out for a few more months. It’s almost mermaid boob length!

Creepy Tee Pee
Lolita was on last night and as they were bouncing from one motel to another – I saw the Tee Pee Motel. I’ve always wanted to stay in a tee pee. I think it’s what happens when you watch Dances with Wolves 1,000 times.
The Tee Pee Motel in Texas was built in 1942 then abandoned for over 15 years in the 80’s because the new interstate highway system routed people away from the area.
Whoa creepy tee pee. In 2004 a couple that won the lotto bought the motel and reopened two years later. I’d probably do the same thing BUT I think I like the look of the overgrown sorta tee pee’s.
You can see the new motel here.
There is a whole world of tee pee spots to stay at though. Thank You, Google. I get pretty creeped out in hotels, motels…or Holiday Inn’s.

Daddy-o
It’s Dad’s birthday today! There we are a few years back. Why am I pointing like it isn’t already obvious? For some reason this photo brings me back to my childhood (her hair, not her boobs) and Dad listening to Van Halen while he got ready for work in the morning. I’d slide across the floor in my socks and jammies playing air guitar with the top part of my pink play ironing board. I wouldn’t be the mean air guitarist (and drummer) I am today…without you.
I’ve made a Dad compilation with his kinda music because I know he reads my blog. Enjoy!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD! <3 YOU!

Rocks with salt plz
Ryan is fed up with me whining about him working his butt off so we’re having a dinner date. Ohh he’s going to have his usual manly chicken & rib combo and I’ll have a Mexican feast! Still searching for a great Mexican restaurant around here. Until then we’re making it at home…all the time. Ryan’s making a quesadilla now actually.
Also, I may have signed myself up for adult ballet classes for September. What have I gotten myself into? Adult ballet? If they’re naked - I’m outta there. On the hunt for Lisa Frank inspired leotards!!

So if you haven’t figured it out, I’d be the one wearing the bow. It happens!

Girly stuff: cats & lipstick
![]()
I just blogged about this etsy shop but I kept looking and found these. Oh treasures! The kitties used to be a night-light but it doesn’t come with cords or anything. I’m sure it could be fixed somehow?
Honestly, I just bought my second stick of lipstick yesterday – for real. I’m not a lipstick girl. And apparently I SUCK at picking them out too because when I brought the 2nd home and put it on it looked horrible. So I can’t french braid and I don’t know how to pick out lipstick…great. Sometimes I wonder how I lucked out with Ryan (aside from the kidnapping and brainwashing).
Got Wings?
Seriously, who needs a Red Bull when you’ve got those bad boys??

Strawberry glasses FOREVER…or until they break.
Crap shop find: Strawberry glasses for £1.49. I need to stop calling it a crap shop because I keep finding good stuff. Bought these today along with a Michael Jackson magnet for my man.
(Also bought other crap and didn’t use ANY bags. Mostly because I forgot to bring them so I shoved everything into my huge Mary Poppins bag.)

People are going to think I’m Spencer’s long lost sister with all these gemstones.
I think it’s time to get my ears re-pierced for the fourth time.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Remember?
Under my sink you will find this.
<-----------------------------------------------------------------
Totally overflowing ALL the time. Why are we still keeping these?! The grocery stores are really good at not giving out a ton (unlike in the US). Sometimes it gets annoying when they CHARGE for plastic bags but it’s for a good reason. They really push cloth/re-useable plastic shopper bags. You can always re-use your bags. I only reuse it for garbage. I would really really like to get into the habit of bringing my own bags when we do our food shops. So from this day forward - we are using up those damn bags.

This is Buddy. He lives in Florida with my Dad and his sister, Maddie. He’s a miniature Australian shepherd and he is the weirdest most cuddly dog I’ve ever met.
Just getting my dog fix.
