The sun has had his hat on all week long and I have been LOVING it. I was never a lay-out-in-the-sun kind of girl as I get pretty bored and squirmy quickly…but not this year. Totally taking advantage of it. I have even been lucky enough to get a little Toaster tan going on (Instagram is taking over).
All this sun has put me in a feisty mood. I have officially started practicing Yoga again (yes, again and again) cooked lots, baked and bought pretty cute things that I normally wouldn’t let myself buy.
Hope you’re all able to enjoy some of this sun we’re having and I hope it doesn’t just end tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I made a quick crumble today. It’s pretty easy as I used a pre-made crumble mix this time. I try to make one every year using Smitten Kitchen’s Strawberry-Rhubarb Crumble recipe as a reference. I’m not very good at following directions so the same goes for recipes. I’m working on it.
This year’s crumble is Strawberry, Cherry & Rhubarb. Husband approved. Hope you liked the video. It was pretty fun to make!
